SLC is located in a beautiful villa area by the Shangri-la Road, which leads to the Yulong Snow Mountain. Along the road, there are several 4 and 5-Star hotels and resorts near the school. It is only 5 minutes bus ride to the Lijiang old town and north up by 2 minutes bus ride to another old town, another World Cultural Heritage site: Shuhe old town.

The SLC is housed in a villa with cozy classrooms, a beautiful yard and balcony. Students may enjoy sunshine and see the Snow Mountain while studying.

To ensure that each student receives individual attention, our classes are small with 3-5 students to one class.

Total Immersion Experience (TIE) concept encourages students to take language acquisition to the level of thinking in the target language, independent of their own native tongue. This technique involves not only teaching language skills in Mandarin-only or English-only small size classes, but also presenting opportunities for students to practice these skills outside the classroom within the supportive environment that our program offers.
